Data Quality Control (QC) is an essential function to achieving your project objectives.  Pre-acquisition quality-control checks prove to your client proper instrument function and response. We monitor data quality in real-time during acquisition and modify collection parameters as needed to achieve high-quality data.  Real-time data QC promotes project success and reduces headaches later during processing and interpretation. Finally, QC of the data during processing allows us to implement advanced data processing where required to get the most from your data.

Logic Geophysics also offers data quality control as a separate service, for geophysical projects where we are not collecting your data.  Having us act as external QC provides additional assurance, verifies high-quality data standards are being met, and promotes reliability of results.  We are experts at QC for ground-penetrating-radar data, electrical-resistivity data, near-surface seismic data, and EM-61 data.  Specific metrics that we monitor include static repeatability, measurement spacing, acquisition speed, spatial coverage, dynamic repeatability, and anomaly resolution.
